888pl reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested, including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All transactions on the 888pl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed through approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. 888pl does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC procedures before funds are released. 888pl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three ( 3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and bank processing schedules.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. 888pl reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the transaction.
Anti-Money Laundering: 888pl complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to place a hold on any account pending investigation without prior notice.
From time to time, 888pl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 888pl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
For sports betting, 888pl follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the decision of the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIBA, UFC) shall be final. 888pl's trading team reserves the right to suspend markets, limit stakes, or refuse bets at its sole discretion.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on 888pl. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by 888pl at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888pl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
888pl employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any attempt to defraud the Platform or its players will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.
All content on the 888pl Platform — including but not limited to the 888pl brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888pl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 888pl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 888pl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 888pl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 888pl makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. 888pl is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay. Play responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 888pl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
